    • You do not require a referral to work with us at Michael Jordan Physical Therapy.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?   

    • We will perform a comprehensive evaluation where we will assess your condition, discuss your medical history, establish goals, and examine all relevant body systems. This assessment may include tests for strength, mobility, pain, running assessment, and other specific evaluations. A personalized treatment plan will be developed, and typically, home exercises will be provided or tailored to your needs.
  • How long do the sessions last?   

    • Sessions typically last around 60 minutes of direct time with the physical therapist.
  • Does Michael Jordan PT offer dry needling?   

    • Yes, we have trained professionals who perform this treatment.
  • What should I wear to my physical therapy visit?   

    • Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for movement and provides easy access to the area being treated.
  • Can I send a bill to my insurance company?   

    • Patients pay directly for services, but some insurance plans may provide reimbursement. We will supply you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider.
  • How do I know my physical therapist or trainer is qualified?   

    • All trainers and therapists at MJPT are board-certified physical therapists and trainers with advanced training in weight lifting, manual therapy, dry needling, and orthopedics.
